To see PowerPoint presentations, complete the following steps:

1. Click on the chapter that you wish to view

         You will be presented with a dialogue box giving you four choices (Open, Save, Cancel, or More Info)

2. Select "Open"

       If you see the PowerPoint slides, congratulations - print them out and bring them to class

       If, instead, you get a file name ending in ".zip" and can go no further, you may need to download an the free "unzip.exe" utility from
          http://www.greatware.com/gr04000.htm

       If you do not have PowerPoint on your computer, you can download a free viewer at
              http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=428d5727-43ab-4f24-90b7-a94784af71a4&displaylang=en

3. If, after downloading thse utilities, you are still unable to view the slides, you may have a conflict with your operating system - if so, go to the computer lab in the basement of the 2000 building and try to access the slides there
